JT Beggs

  He is a private chef, caterer, outdoor educator and forager. When not running outdoor skills classes through Headwaters Outdoor School or catering and cooking with his sister at their shared business, he is traveling the world learning about food and cooking.

His food and his foraging classes have been featured at numerous nature based educational centers such as the Riekes Center for Human Enhancement, the Oak Granaryand Quail Springs Permaculture and they have been featured in Edible Santa Barbara magazine.
